I came in to look for a promise ring for my girlfriend. You had a beautiful selection but they didn’t have the ring in her size. She’s a 11 and the highest was a 10. I was hoping there were extended sizing for the ring I wanted.

The store was clean and there were several salespeople, but the person who helped me did not seem knowledgeable and I thought items were on sale when they were not. Prices of individual pieces were higher or lower than marked. The lower price item was really unique so I bought it, but she really didn't make any suggestions for other items except the ones that weren't on sale. The charm I bought for the necklace was not worth the money.

I generally do not give out the absolute maximum rating unless my socks were completely blown off

Window sticker indicated that here was a 20% sale. However, this only applied to sales merchandise, and you had to make 2 purchases

Sales associate did.not know products. Asked for Dumbo charm. And she said there were none. Then asked to see Disney trays of charms and Dumbo was included. Not helpfulnot professional

Not very knowledgeable customer service from some employees. Was overlooked 3 times also wasn't very clear on sale prices and items

I was satisfied with the product. I usually make my purchases at my local Jewelry store. I went to the outlet thinking there would be some kind of discount. The key work there is outlet store. Jerads and Reeds often have promotions and deals . Most likely I will make my future perchaes at one of those stores.

This was my first time in a Pandora store, and I purchased a HP Bracelet. I have then since bought charms for the bracelet and have been in twice purchasing. Love the store, staff and selection
