The staff was very friendly and respectful. That visit made me purchase a bracelet for my granddaughter along with some charms.

I wanted a specific charm and they said it would take 3 weeks this the 2nd store Ive been to.

I was not able to get in initially, the door on the inside was blocked. I didn't like that I had to wait outside in the cold because of a covid rule.

There was only 1 person working at pandora outlet store so I had to wait a long time. The gentleman was very nice & apologized. He said 1 co worker called out sick & the other one was late.

Was confused by the sign stating but 2 charms & get a free bracelet

The inventory seemed limited.

Because I went because I love one ring that I bough on May this year n it break up after 6 months ,so sad big I like if it do I have to buy a new one

Young slim Black associate was discussing her private life graphically and in a loud voice with her coworker. On and on! Didn’t acknowledge me for several minutes. Finally, she was annoyed and asked if she could help me.

Only gave this rating because I know being an outlet store that selection is less than a full Pandora store.

I shop at this store every time I come to Rehoboth. Many times over and beyond customer service. The sales associate was not very knowledgeable in some questions and the manager would not let me use my $10 off coupon because I was $2.00 and change shy of $100. When i know it could have overrided the sale gave me the $10. I seen it done in this store, more than once. I bought a cleaning cloth that I definitely did not need but wanted to take advantage if the $10.00.
