I was welcomed when I came in the store. The sales ladies were helping customers. That gave me a chance to look around the store. I found a charm a liked and got waited on and out the door I went. This was my second time I have bought charms.

Everyone there was friendly and professional. In spite of my indecisiveness of what to purchase, the sales associates seemed to understand. The only complaint I had was that the store didn’t carry much in the way of children’s jewelry.
