The Store I go to at the Dabury Fair mall has the most friendly staff I have ever seen, especially the Manager Coleen. She is very helpful. I am also in love with the Charms and bracelets.

1. The display was excellent, it showed me so many choices. 2. The store was well stocked and bright. 3. The staff was EXCELLENT, Michelle was extremely accommodating and even though I changed my mind a few times she was patient and professional. Her pleasant demeanor definitely inspired me to recommend this location to my Pandora wearing friends.

The ladies were very friendly and knowledgable. They went ouy of their way to make it a pleasurable experience. I will definitely go back to Pandora.

The store was extremely busy and we were treated with fast and courteous service by Jena. She even took the time to gift wrap.

The sales people were helpful and polite. I was glad to see that they had some retired charms which I was able to purchase.

I love the prices and the options at the outlet store.
