The sales associate was very nice. The store had a good selection. Although there were quite a few customers there, I did not mind waiting a few minutes for an associate.

NANCY is awesome!! I was greeted promptly when I entered to store and enjoyed learning about the availability of retired pieces. The staff was very friendly. The store, as always the case with Pandora, was beautiful.

The sales associates were so helpful. They explained the deals on the markdown items and when I only ended up buying one item instead of the three I was looking at they didn’t pressure me at all.

I was highly satisfied with my visit because the sales associates took the time, and had patience with me in making my selection of items. They help me to return an item with no problem.. there was a problem with the pandora credit card system being down so they kept me informed when the system was back online so I could pay for my items.. The system never came back online during my 3 hour stay so I had to use another form of payment

This was my first visit to a Pandora Store. I was with co-workers who were very familiar with the merchandise. The sales associates we very helpful and knowledge. Purchased a starter bracelet and i'm hooked.

I went to the outlet store in Rehobeth Beach. The assistant manager was so helpful, pleasant and very accommodating. The purchases were a good value. A few days later, I went to the store in the Deptford Mall. I wanted my bracklet cleaned and my new charms added to my bracelet. Although I was not making a purchase, the salesperson was great and gladly handled my request in a timely fashion.
