Not really sure what I was looking for but the sales associate showed me my options and I left very satisfied.

The sales associate that help me was so friendly and she definitely knew what she was talking about.. She also showed me a variety of charms of what I was looking for and explained everything really well. plus she even offered to clean my 2 Pandora bracelets to make them shiny again. I was very please with everything as always.. since I’ve been going to pandora I have never had a single complaint. GREAT JOB GIRLS!!!!!

The entire store staff was great. They displayed a good team effort and showed that not only do they care about the customer but they care about each other. This was displayed several times when I noticed that maybe a customer had a question that their salesperson could answer but another salesperson who had more knowledge readily helped out with providing the best answer.

This was first time experiencing Pandora in person what made it more special this was a outlet here in Rehoboth Delaware. Lisa was kind, knowledgeable, helpful and fun. The whole atmosphere made me comfortable and at ease great store great bracelet thank you Pandora I'll be back.

We traveled from Maryland to the Rehobeth store searching for a particular retired butterfly clip. My mother, cousin ,and I were helped by the assistant store manager Michelle. It was wonderful working with her.Michelle went above and beyond to make sure that not only we got the clips but she proceeded to show us other butterfly charms. It was an amazing experience!! Michelle truly gave us five star service. The store was beautifully arranged and very clean. Michelle was patient when answering our questions and very knowledgeable about the items she showed us. We all left the store feeling very happy. Thank you Michelle and the Rehoboth team! :)
