My purchase this visit was a very special one it was a gift for my daughter in law. The staff at this store are very friendly and knowledgeable.

The saleswoman was very helpful and patient as we tried numerous charms on my bracelet. She quickly understood the look I was going for and helped me find the right pieces.

The sales staff were friendly and helpful. They listened to what I wanted and showed me different pieces at different prices. She was paitient with me while I made my choose not to make me feel pressured

It felt like the salespeople were excited with me. They cleaned my bracelet . They nade me feel welcome.

The associate Michelle was quite knowledgable about the merchandise, friendly, welcoming and patient. I did go early and the store was not as crowded as on previous visits. My son was buying me a few items and Michelle explained everything to him step buy step, all the sales and how to care for our items. I have never been told how to care for my Pandora jewelry and her advice was very appreciated. We enjoyed our experience so much, we had to give her a big hug for easing our mind with making our purchase.

We were immediately greeted when we arrived and was put on a list so that we would be seen immediately. The sales associate was very nice and very helpful. Didn’t feel rushed at all. Great experience first visit.
