The woman knew everything about the products; pricing, availability, where things were located. Remained happy to help us and guide to different areas of the store when I couldn’t make up my mind. She didn’t take her attention off of me! Also mentioned the sale going on and I ended up coming out with way more than expected.

The lady that helped us was very nice and patient and was sure to show us everything we were interacted in.

I walked in the store and was greeted in a friendly manner and was asked how she could be of help. She immediately showed me the beads I was looking for. She offered to put the beads on my bracelet for me.

I found what I was looking for, & got a sale gift as well.

I can find most retired charms that are hard to find anywhere else.

The sales associates were very friendly and cheerful. We visit this pandora store every time we are in the area (from another state) and the same ladies have been there at least the past two visits and are always so nice, friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. The willingness to help and chat with us is always appreciated. These things make me very satisfied and why I have come back each time.

I was looking for some charms that dangled with a specific theme. Debbie was able guide me and make suggestions that assured me that she listened to my requests. Store was recently renovated and is gorgeous but for the busy time I was there, seemed to need more space for check out.
