Pandora Jewelry

The sales associate was very patient with me it was my first Pandora bracelet. She tried her best to show me various styles. And she was friendly.

I just wanted to take the time out and fill this survey. We have shopped at several other Pandora locations including Disney World and the visit today at Bayside Outlet, Rehoboth Beach, DE was by far, by far, and I repeat by far, the best service we have received. Michelle M. took her time with us and while the store got busy, we didn't felt rushed or ignored. Honestly my family and I felt that the purchased was well worth it and that the service we received was GREAT! We even asked her to take a picture with us and she did it with no problem. We really wish more people was like Michelle , not just at Pandora but everywhere as it was more than just a transaction, but more service. Thank you Michelle for your patience and guidance. I was served my a manager in the outlet store in Reobeth Beach Delaware. She was friendly and knowledgeable and gave great out the box ideas for different pieces.

Basically, I liked the charms that I purchased. The Associate that waited on me was helpful. I do not wear Pandora but purchase them for my daughters that have several of the charms to go on their bracelets.

Pandora is my favorite place to shop. The sales associates in this store are the nicest and always willing to go out of their way to help. My visit yesterday was to have my bracelet cleaned and to have a new charm put on. The sales associate went above and beyond o make my bracelet look fantastic. She put all the charms back on so they faced the same direction and put my new one on. Then I purchased to new ones and I could not have been happier. I now have a complete bracelet. Looking forward to starting a new one. The sales associates name is Sheree M# 107839. She was terrific.

Associates were very friendly and warm. The store is in a great location. The wait was not very long.

Representatives were friendly knowledgeable & very helpful & enjoyed the tax free in Delaware store.
