The sales associates were cordial by welcoming us when we arrived. They offered assistance as we looked around. When we were ready for help, they stepped up to provide their expertise and knowledge about the merchandise.

Had to exchange a retired piece i broke initially went to pandora in Salisbury but returned where i purchased from.bettrr more helpful staff. Other more concerned with selling to me which i did buy more during my exchange

I visited the store located in the outlets in Rehoboth Beach, I was pleasantly surprised from the sale going on in the store, unfortunately the store didn’t have the new collections available, only old collections.

All around good experience. And so happy to find retired items!
