The store staff at this location seems to really like their job. I have been to other locations that just don't seem to care. If the staff is happy then the store has a vibrant feel.... which entices you to spend.

Despite the crowd, I was able to be helped with a very short wait. The sales associate was very nice and knowledgable. The sale for Black Friday offered a very good discount. Great selection of merchandise.

Knowledge staff addressed questions confidently good knowledge of products Did offer other options when the one I was looking for not available

Toni the sales associate was SO nice!!! She was extremely patient with me and seemed more than happy to help me out. She made the experience so great and I was extremely happy with my purchase at the price!

Quick service good product and selection

I live in Maryland and hit Delaware outlet shops at least 3 times a year. I look forward to going to this Pandora cause I like to see which charms are retiring and get to pick new charms. The staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to help. I which there was a Pandora outlet closer but its always a treat to visit the outlets before heading to the beach :)

I was specifically looking for Christmas gifts for my daughter, family and friends. The sales rep, Cheryl, asked me questions before we started looking so she could help me find exactly what I wanted. I ended up selecting 6 rings that are beautiful and amazing prices. I have told other friends and they were excited and said they would go check out the store.

I had a problem in the past with service at this Pandora store, telling myself that I would never return. I did return to this store (several years after having a problem), looking for something but needing a little help figuring out exactly what. The salesperson that greeted upon my arrival was Dorothea. She was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the Pandora line. She was able to recommend and help me pick out what I wanted and also showed me some items that I showed an interest in for a future purchase. She more than made up for the bad experience I had at this store in the past, and won me back as a customer.

The staff was very knowledgeable and help me out tremendously, if they could not find it they continue to look until they did.
