I received a beautiful ring for Christmas. On New Years morning, I realized there was a stone missing. I did not have my receipt with me. ( I found it today ), but your associate was wonderful. She could see it was a new ring, so we did an exchange. I also purchased another ring, and lock charms for my bracelet. I will be going back for more charms. Thank you ! Oh... my daughter said it was the Pandora outlet. The receipt states that as well. ( we have a Vernon Powel here as well ). I wanted to make sure I exchanged it at the correct location.
