Very satisfied with this store, I was on vacation and wanted to get something to remember my trip. The store employees were very helpful and understanding of what I was looking for.

Nancy H. was a wonderful sales associate, she went above and beyond searching through everything to make sure I was able to get what I was looking for. She was polite and friendly!

The two sales ladies where awsome and very professional. I loved their energy and patience when I was trying to decide which charms to purchase. Will definitely look for them whenever I visit again.

The woman that helped me was so sweet. My ring was broken and missing stones and she immediately took it and exchanged it. I've always went to Pandora for my rings and will continue going!

Best experience ever was able to shop with Nancy very well

I visted the store about 15 minutes before close and presented them with a ring that had broken for the second time. Unaware that after a year it was no longer replacable, the sales associates were kind about getting a replacement. Its a ring I love and charish. This meant alot to me.

It was an easy buying process. I had to exchange the ring the next day because it was too lose. The sizes are different than traditional us ring sizes
