I was so pleased to find exactly what I was looking for, and the added bonus was finding it was on sale too. I was quite impressed with the patience and knowledge of my sales associate. The time taken to teach me about my purchase and placement on my bracelet. I finally have the required tools to open my clasp and properly store my bracelet. The extra time taken to polish my bracelet and charms...even though the store and staff were very busy with many customers. I left feeling very valued as a customer. Thanks to Dorothea.

Sales person was able to locate charms and answer questions well, taking her time to help give prices of the charms for me. Also the charm was listed one price in the showcase and came up more in the computer and the sales person gave me the price listed in showcase. Always nice sales people here every time I've been shopping at this store.

The store is very clean and the people are great. Atmosphere was very conducive for shopping. And staffs are very polite and friendly. I would definitely come back to any Pandora store because of I had felt after shopping at this Pandora store.

Peter provided excellent service. I new I wanted a bracelet and he promptly showed me a nice variety. He also helped me to select my first charms. I couldn’t be more pleased.

The only issue I had with Pandora is my husband feels it should be men’s jewelry also. It would be nice to be able to go in and buy a knot ring for a man and a woman. So a couple rings for the men would be really nice to add to the collection. I think you would do really well selling them
