I went in the store not really looking for anything in particular but was shown a selection of charms that were on sale and ended up walking out of the store with 5 charms for 5 different Christmas gifts. I was very happy with my purchases.

I was so excited to go back to this store since I live in another state. The store employees were so kind and helpful all the time.

The associate was very helpful and friendly. When I asked a few times for different kinds of charms she knew where they were, or if they were not available.

I was especially impressed with the customer representative. She knew the sale items and also suggested that I look for Pandora charms on-line too. I was looking for charms that had expired.

The customer service I received was the best. The sales associate help me with everything I needed. Service was quick and perfect.
