My salesperson, Dorothea was simply wonderful. My visit to your Rehoboth location was to have my dangle bracelet fixed or exchanged; I had broken it while bagging groceries! Dorothea exchanged it without a problem..also told me to come back this weekend for their sale!

I was shopping for a surprise gift for my wife. She had items in her online wish list and a sales associate was able to help me easily find the charms for her Pandora bracelet. He was able to tell me how to put them on so they would look their best.

I found the charms I was looking for that could not find in any other store. In the process I added two more that I had forgotten about after eyeing them in a catalog and wanted to buy at a later time but never did. The store was having a promotion going on so it was even better.

Our timing in the store was really great and the sales associate Debra was Fantastic....Her Patient with us was the greats....I was among 6 women on vacation for the weekend and she is one of the best associates that we encounter in the ten years we been stopping there. She is a keeper.

They are very nice and friendly. Had a large variety to choose from. The only thing they did not like is that they were a little pricey.

Cheryl was super friendly and helpful. She took a lot of time to explain how everything worked. She also took a lot of time to show us how to add and remove the charms and how to keep it looking new.

The sales associate was very friendly, professional and very patient.
