Elsy S was a wonderful sales associate. She was patient and knowledgeable. There were MANY customers and she remained calm and efficient. She made suggestions and knew her inventory. She made the experience fun.

Peter V. was helpful with cleaning my bracelet. He also informed me about the sales and retired charms which is what I asked about. Also the lady who helped me with the snowman charm was very pleasant and courteous!

I didn’t realize how many types of items that Pandora offers. I was very nicely surprised! And i was surprised at the prices of some items. Items were very reasonable!

I found all the charms I was looking for for a long time. Some of them are even on sale which is a definite plus. The Sales lady was very helpful in locating the charms in the store and was not rushing me in the selection which was very much appreciated.
