Dorothea was extremely helpful and was an excellent sales associate. She help us choose the right bracelet and suggested clips for our granddaughter. She was patient while we looked over the merchandise and we would return to this store in the future.

Sales lady was friendly and helpful I have 7 pandora bracelets. I will give to my two granddaughters when they get a little older.

Dorothea, my sales associate is the best! Not only is she highly professional and knowledgeable about the Pandora product, she is personable, thoughtful, and courteous. She exemplifies everything a business would want in a team member.

This particular Pandora Store is the only one that has discontinued beads. Usually, I have had to ask to see them but, this time, they were displayed nicely upon entering the one door. I was looking for Winter theme beads as my name is Holly and my birthday is Christmas Day. I have a bracelet that is dedicated to a Winter theme. I was thrilled to see such an array of Winter beads and was pleased with the prices!! Plus, there was a sale of 25 percent more off if I bought 2 or more beads. I ended up with 4 of them and my bill was 53 dollars or so. Great prices!!! Peter was very helpful in my selection and letting me know about the sale. I am from Pennsylvania and was visiting my friend who lives a few miles from this store. I try to make it to Pandora whenever I am in the area.

I enjoyed the selection and the prices. I go often and plan to continue to visit. The selection is wonderful.

The sales associate was knowledgeable, sales were highlighted, staff was patient, and personable, engaged in general conversation while I waited for my bracelet to be polished, at the associates suggestion.

The sales associate (Robin C) was very helpful and went above and beyond by cleaning my bracelet because it was very dirty. She didn't have to do that, but she did. She also went to find the cleaning kit that was in the back for me to buy.

Found some very nice merchandise at great prices. Experienced helpful service by the staff there at this location. Will definitively return to this outlet store in the near future.
