I had been telling clerk that struggle opening the bangle bracelet. She told me they sell an opening kit. Never knew in last 10 years of wearing pandora that that existed. 15.00 Who knew? I had two that were helping me. He cleaned my bracelets and sold me two clips. Great service all around.
