This was my first purchase from Pandora. I was greeted immediately, the display cases were explained and assistance was offered. Even with other people in the store I was made to feel welcome and important. The assistance I received from Dorthea H was exceptional.

The sales person was very knowledgeable and that was a good thing. The fact that I had to wait awhile was disappointing but the sales person gave me her full attention and did not rush me.

The salesman was very patient,we were buying for our 8 yr.old granddaughter.He explained the needed clips to keep charms from sliding.He also cleaned her bracelet before he out her new charms on.

The exchange process was seemless. Good promotional going on. Good customer service.
