It was nice and easy and the sales associate was very friendly.

Dorothea was very knowledgeable and yet patient with my requests for a necklace and a charm for my daughter. She showed me a series of trays and did not rush me even though it was towards the end of the day. Also, she was happy to try it on when asked.

The customer service was excellent. The store representatives were attentive and knowledgeable. That was my first time shopping for Pandora jewelry and I thought I would be overwhelmed but the ladies answered all of my questions!with ease.

I found what I was looking for. And I have been buying charms for three years.

I love pandora for my children I spend about $1000 a year on rings and bracelets for my children they are good quality and a reasonable price
