LOVE GOING TO THE STORE AND LOOKING AT THE DISPLAY. SALES PERSONS ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I WISH I COULD VIEW THE CHARMS MORE EASLIERLY IT IS HARD TO VIEW THE CHARM IN THE CABINET AND THE SALES CLERK HAS TO KEEP UNLOCKING AND LOCKING THE CABINET -- BUT I AM ASSUMING IT IS UNDERSTANDABLE DUE TO THE NATURE OF SOCIETY TODAY. THE STORE IS SMALL AND WHEN THERE ARE MORE CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE WAITNG FOR THE CHARM TRAY TO BE FREE CAN BE A WAIT.

The sale assistant was very pleasant. She was patient and took her time showing me all the showcases of what I was looking/interested in finding. The store practiced the Covid policy of the amount of people in the store.
