The sales associated that helped me was just lovely. She helped me with my purchase and then let me know about a special where if I spent a certain amount I could get a bracelet for free. I ended up buying more than I would have... but did end up getting the free bracelet for my 10 year old daughter who was shopping with me. A new pandora love was born. ;)

I am highly satisfied because I live in another state and cannot come in, but the associates accommodate me and I spend hundreds of dollars. They are very patient and helpful. While. At the same time they continuously help me and the people in the store making everyone happy .

We came in looking for a Christmas gift for my mother in law (nana). We had an idea of what we wanted, but had some questions. The sales associate was friendly and took the time to listen to what we were looking for and provide detailed answers to questions. She was able to direct us quickly to beads that would fit our overall design plan and help us build the perfect gift.

Store was very aware of number of customers in store for Covid 19 count. Cleaned pieces after I looked at them. She took her time and very helpful to me as I made decisions on additional purchases.

We purchased a bracelet and 4 charms in June unbeknownst to us this is a defective bracelet that locks once you put it on. All of the associates informed us we could exchange it with the receipt. We went to 3 locations close to us before driving 4 hours back to Delaware because no one could find our transaction. Peter the manager at the Rehoebeth location was up for the challenge. He found the transaction, cut off the old bracelet so that I could choose a new one. Being sold a bracelet that is known to be defective doesn't sit too well with me. I absolutely appreciate Peter's hard work and problem-solving abilities
