As usual, it was a lot to look at! I was able to get two birthday gifts for my sister. Also I found a bracelet for me, just a casual one I can wear every day. One of the charms I picked was cheaper then the one I was going to buy online.

I WAS IN NEED OF GIFTS FOR 4 FAMILY MEMBERS & THE ASSOCIATE WAS FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE & PATIENT. SHE MADE IT EASY TO CHOOSE GIFTS THAT WERE APPROPRIATE TO MY NEEDS. I ALSO NEEDED POLISHING CLOTHS & HAD SOME QUESTIONS & EVERY REQUEST WAS MET.

Pandora is always been my favorite jewelry store, I love how the sales lady was such a great help when my husband and I were there. They are all very friendly and did help us with ease and with friendly manner

They followed the CDC guidelines to keep everyone safe and the store was very clean. The displays were neatly arranged with the merchandise being beautifully displayed. The customer service was over the top of good. The young lady that helped me was very knowledgeable of the merchandise as well as very suggestive in what would best work for what I was looking for. I also noticed that the other two sales representatives were just as helpful and patient with their customers as well. Truly a great experience.

Peter, the assistant manager helped me. He was polite, efficient, friendly and professional. It was the kind of attention and service one is no longer used to. Very refreshing!
