My overall highly satisfied experience had to be with the sale associate Peter. I came in looking for something specific and even though that particular item was not available, Peter provided other great options. He's very knowledgeable on the sizing of wrist just by looking at a picture. I was very impressed and my grandmother loved the bracet. The fit was perfect, just as Peter suggest it would be.

This was my first time to a Pandora store with a bracelet that had two beads.... I received it as a gift. Dorothea was very helpful in suggesting spacers and finding the right bead to complete my grandma bracelet.

The 2 sales girls who help us (my 17 yo niece, 32 uo daughter and myself ) were so processional and sweet. They went over and above showed us staking choices and techniques (clean rings we tried on so clean sanitary for next customer) and the nice guy was there who helped me 2 years ago on black friday with another family outing. There were covid markings on floor and min people in the store. felt very safe. ladies were very attentive and so patient and great!! my niece is soo picky- Im thrilled she found 3 special rings for her prom!! My daughter is just a picky she found a beautiful ring and 3 of us agreed on grandmothers mother day gift and Easter Gift. Somewhere on this trip i found 3 pretty rings to stack for myself. Very successful and fun outing --- it was so great to find one stop jewlery shopping of ages 17 -79 in one store. My firend in Michigan was not with us...aftter covid she will be back she loves this store too!!! She was so "J" she was on this trip but will be after covid. Thanks for the great staff helping us and their great polished attitudes.

Greeted as soon as I entered ... friendly associates Dorothea helped me find what I was looking for and showed me other items of which I added one to my purchase along with cleaning kit. She was great! Look forward to returning.
