We entered the store a half hour before closing time. The Sales personnel, Clarissa and Peter, gave us excellent service and was never anxious or bothered by the time. They were knowledgeable, patient and well informed in the merchandise. They even cleaned my bracelet!!!

The assistant manager was with me the whole visit. I told him that I started a blingy bracelet and I wanted to add pieces to it. He knew right away and showed me a couple of options to choose from. I’m very happy with the purchase and I will be back to get the other pieces he suggested to build up my bracelet.

I was trying to duplcate an order I made in another city several months ago and my sales person pulled it up from her computer

There were two sales clerks. One was very attentive and pleasant to the customer she was helping. The clerk who assisted me was very attentive and helpful as well. She was pleasant and her opinion honest and appreciated.

Sales associates are always so nice and helpful and jewelry is reasonable and pretty.

The sales associate, Antonio, told me that it was his second day on the job. No one would have guessed. He was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. When he couldn’t find something, he wasn’t afraid to ask for help. My experience there was very pleasant, and when I left, I complimented him on a fine job.
