My sales associate Charriah went above and beyond to help me with my return and purchase of other charms. She was very friendly and took her time with helping my mom choose charms. She showed her what the charms looked like on her bracelet. She also took the time to show us charms that were on sale. We will definitely be returning in the future.

The girl helping us was very patience and fast with us and we were 3 girls wanting to see differents styles and she was nice and fast to give us the recomendations

This is the second time I have been to this outlet location & I was very satisfied with this visit! Tatyana was very friendly & helpful when I asked to see rings & didn’t rush me at all. There was a customer that interrupted our sale asking to see a ring, and Tatyana was very polite when telling her she would need to wait for an associate to become free. Excellent customer service towards me & very good at handling side situations!

It was a memorable trip and this gift of jewelry I have been given from Pandora is going to be a forever reminder.

The associate was very friendly and patient. She asked if she could help me right away and showed me exactly what I asked for. She was not pushy at all which I totally appreciate. She made suggestions that were helpful as well.
