Always a good experience

I was in the store two days in a row since I was given a warm and welcoming customer service. I've been assisted and helped in a very professional manner with a lot of patience. The first day I was in the store to check the sale and was not sure if I was going to make a purchase, but the ladies working there were super nice, helpful and knowledgeable so I decided to go ahead and buy a nice bracelet besides the fact that I already had one. The next day I visited the store to buy some charms. Both days I experienced great customer service and made purchases with which I am very happy. I will definitely be back very soon and highly recommend that store to my friends. I actually did many times so far and my friends go to that store location everytime they are in town. Pandora is a great spot to shop anytime of the year, because their products quality and a outstanding customer service.

They corrected my issue although it wasn’t allowed.

As soon as i entered the store the girls working there greeted me and took excellent care of me as a valued customer. It took me a while to decide which item i like most and they were really patient. They cleaned couple of my old charms as a compliment, which was additional highlight to my visit. Love Pandora and the sales associates at my location.

The salesperson was very patient, knowledgeable, and personable. She worked with my sister and me and helped us find several charmes. We both were very pleased with our purchases.
