I was pressed for time and didn't know what would be a perfect present for a friend. I used Pandora's live chat for assistance and I was totally dissatisfied with that service. I was basically told that Pandora has 600 charms and I can look to see what was best for me. Pressed for time, I ran to my nearest Pandora store and everyone was so helpful. I was in and out and satisfied with my purchase.

I love the products. This is the only store near our home to by the products. The people are very nice.

The sales associate was helpful, knew where the charms we were looking for were located. Cleaned and polished our bracelets and arranged our new charms on our bracelets. She was awesome.
