The service was fine . This is the second of the same charm I purchased . The charms clasp malfunctioned numerous times causing it to fall off the bracelet . I lost one and will be returning the other ., so so so so disappointed .

When I enter the store it was just one sales associate. There were two customers before me, but the young lady was very quick and did her job with professionalism. She helped me to buy two charms and a new bracelet and took her time to pay to me as much as attention as I needed. Will definitely be back as usual in this particular store.
