My associate was very unenthused and really appeared not happy to be at work. Her demeanor is as cold and I wasn’t excited to shop any more. I purchased two pieces when I really wanted to shop for more but I decided to leave because I didn’t feel welcomed and felt more like a nuisance than a respected customer. My feelings were truly hurt because I waited outside in like all excited and my mood was crushed after encountering with her.

bought ring, returned item after turned my finger green and exchanged, next one turned my finger green, very mad after paid for a "sterling silver ring".

They had all the jewelry all over the counter people were touching it they said only four people can come in they let four other people come in the manager had a bad attitude

I asked if I could use my Pandora credit card, which I did not have with me. No I could not the manager (who was extremely rude) said no. She could not call because of the policy of fraud. I had multiple photo ID's with me. The manager slammed drawers because of me asking her questions. Please note other customers in store at the time. The sales associate I had didnt know where the items were that I was asking for. Please note will never return to that store again. Also please note I previously sent an email, the day of my purchases, stating how dissatisfied I was with the transaction. Another question - why can you not use Pandora credit card on line purchases? All of these factors now make me a non Pandora customer. Thank you

The sales lady wasn’t very friendly , so me the wrong safety chain for my pandora bracelet. I felt like they thought I would steal the beads I was looking at. She made me feel like a criminal. I will be returning the safety chain , due to being told this would work with my bracelet. Please don’t allow your sales people to treat us like criminals. I have easily spent $4000 on my charms and bracelets thru the years. I think this will be the last time j shop your products, the troll bead counters at my local shop allow you to feel and tough the beads. Highly disappointed customer.

Sales associate was rude and acted like she did not want to wait on me she was busy complaining with coworkers she sold me a bracelet that was the wrong size

Asked for a size seven ring and got a size six. Was very disappointing when she opened it on Mother's Day. Will have to take it back and hope they have the right size!!!!!!

I ordered Pandora online store 2 charms with free bangle on the 5 th of December. It was shown to be delivered on the 7 th of December,but has not arrive to my home here is the order # PND01708310. I called UPs they are looking into it. Trying to retrieve from wrong address mine is 29452 Pembroke Landing. Was written as 29462 Pembroke Landing. Then delivered to totally dig rent address 😤 no word as of yet. What to do now? Yours Cisley Turpin
