I went in to replace my rings that I lost after my car was broken into. I had to repeat myself multiple times to the associate that I needed to repurchase the glasses in my customer history. She had to call someone else over and he told exactly what I said and then she magically understood what I was telling her. She was absolutely incompetent and rude and the other associate wasn't any better if not worse. They both treated me as if I was going to just walk out with the rings. They didn't start actually treating me like a customer until I called my mom to do an in-store pick up of the rings at a different location because of how I was being treated. The way they acted was absolutely disgusting, this is not a location that I will be shopping in at all in the future.

Kept my charms while cleaning as I made a purchase calf said didn’t have it calf us said didn’t have it told me to check and then they cald back saying they found it

The sales associate was not very attentive to me as a customer. He continued to walk away from my Sister and I several times to speak with other associates. The service was extremely poor and I was overcharged more than 120.00.

I went into this location during a business trip to get my jewelry cleaned and purchase some new charms for my mother and myself.. the store was not organized nor did the sales reps want to be bothered. The first young lady was supposed to be cleaning my items when she returned them they looked the same plus when asked for a plastic bag to allow them to dry and not cause oxidation she simply went and got the cloth bags, when I told her they don’t do great at protecting the jewelry she simply walked off! Next I was liking for charms and the young lady asked if we needed help before I could complete my sentence she had walked away, the next man who came over I asked to help us he kept trying to get other people to help us.. finally I just stopped looking paid for the 2 charms I found without looking for the rest of the items I wanted I left the store. I will never return to this location! I love my Pandora but that was a horrible experience.. their names was Jenny Erica and Peter ! I’m so sorry but this was so sad for me..

Associate had no energy or personality… felt uncomfortable and unwanted in the store. She made no effort to assist me.

When we entered the store there were 5 sales people and one customer being served. Once that purchase was completed, no one asked if they could help. We waited a good 5 minutes before we finally were approached.no one else was in the store. The salesperson did not tell of discounts and when questioned said the prices were as listed. It was only after I went to pay for the items that I learned there was an additional discount.

We were college students looking for matching rings. We waited in line like everyone else but when we went inside and looked at 2 types of rings, the sales associate told us we should hurry up with selecting our rings because people were waiting outside, but nobody was waiting outside and we were only 10 minutes into our visit. We wanted to look for one we were all happy with, but she rudely told us we had to make a decision now.

The associate's attitude was bad and the entire time she sounded like she wanted us to leave. She specifically told us "there's a line outside there's a time limit of how each customer can stay" when we were just finished trying our second ring. When we left, there were only 2 groups of people outside and we had only spent about 20-30 minutes there

I was in pandora with my girlfriend and we purchased 2 charms and a ring. She had her bracelet on at the time. The other 2 customers in the store at the time, the sales people offered to put their charms on their bracelets for them, discussed where they wanted them, and offered to clean their bracelet for them. The girl helping us just threw her stuff in a box.

I went to purchase a new charm. They had what I wanted. And my charm was stuck on my bracelet so they sent it to an overpriced jeweler for repairs. They were no help either. They sent me home with a quick fix that was not. And my bracelet broke in half. So I will never buy another item again. And I am out of $240.00
