I was not satisfied with the Sales Associate. She did not inform us of our free gift (clutch) nor did she inform us of other products that was available in the store.

I felt that the salesperson Jessica was very cold in her demeanor. I came with 3 other individuals, one who dealt with another sales associate. she was more attentive than Jessica. This person gave her the option to choose from three different clips three different price levels. Jessica just told me about the most expensive items. Not only that, the salesperson my friends out with told her about a free item that you all were giving away if with each purchase. My friend who Jessica was assisting as well ask Jessica why didn't she tell us about it and she said she was going to tell us at the end. needless to say did not believe her based on her nonchalant attitude. If I go back and I do plan to go back I know who to ask for. And it won't be Jessica. Thank you for my first Pandora experience😞

When I went to the store at Rehoboth the lady was not very nice. Than another customer tried giving a coupon and the lady was like that want work. So that customer was pretty upset also. Also you where the only store not having sales which was Monday 11/19/18. Than I go to the one you have in Christiana mall they had 25% off the very next day. They where amazing in that store. So I will never go back to the one in Rehoboth.

Waiting for 30 minutes to just make a purchase. Not enough sales staff for a Saturday. Device to ring customers up did not work - long wait for one register. The person that helped me said she would put comment on receipt that this is a Christmas present in case there is a need to exchange. This was not done - perhaps your 30 policy should be extending.

My purchase was nearly $300.00. I should have been given the option to split my purchase to receive more than one free gift.

I purchased an item that was priced at $25. The price was crossed out with red ink. However, when I returned home. I realized that the price charged was an error. I called back to the store. I was told that I was charged the correct prices. However, I know that the process was changed on the back of the merchandise. That is why I selected the item. I did not return to the store because it is out of state.

It was Black Friday. It was busy & I expected that. I think they needed a person at the door to tell people they had to check in in order to wait for an assistant. I waited about 15 min before I learned I had to check in on a laptop. Then I had to wait an additional 15 -20 min to buy an item. I should have just bought it online. I also don't think you should have to wait if you know what item you want. Many of the people with assistants were "looking" or deciding. Maybe you should have one designated person to check people out that know what they want.

I have not been treated well. Sales associate did not want to help me. I asked for the advice which charms you think will match my bracelet and stuff like that she said it's your choice and your bracelet. She even did not offfer anything. She even did not try and when I asked to show other charms she told me what ever is here is the same with the ones in section 3,4. I bought 3 charms and she did not give even a box or bag to my charms. Since she put all of them to my bracelet. When I was making a payment I said you guys give a free box when we are signed up for you she said yes and did not give anything. Later my other friend bought bracelet and 3 charms she was given a big white and black stripped big bag for traveling I spent almost the same amount but got nothing. That's why I'm thinking of returning my bracelet and charms I did not like the service.
