I really was not satisfied with the employee. Not knowledgable of the product such as the name of charms or bracelets. I felt no connection with my items, she was uninterested in my visit and story. I could easily spend $1,000+ or signed up a PCC for my purchase that day but she never offered me PCC or recommended other items. I will not be visiting Delaware Pandora again!!

The woman was mean and bossy and went hiding from glass to glass. She said very mean to raise my mask above my nose which caused my glasses to fog. I am vacinated and covid free. I could not see the product i bought....what i did notice that its overpriced and cheaply made. 15 year client never to return.

I waited almost an hour to get in the store. Peter started helping me. Then he left me with someone else who then went outside to help customers leaving me with no one helping me for at least 10 minutes. Finally Peter came back started to put away the charms I had selected. When he rang me up, he forgot to put one charm in. I disbarred this at home, 2.5 hours away

Felt like I was being rushed was not allowed to look at items. Felt like the sales associate was afraid I’d steal something. Dont see very well and had to look at items through glass.

I bought a on sale ring. This ring was fine when purchased, but i noticed an hour later that it had a diamond missing. I was unaware of this defect and am unsure how to fix it.

Lack.of merchandise that I typically see and purchase at a store at home that is licensed to sell Pandora jewerly. Specifically small hoop earrings.

The assistant manager is the one who helped us. He was not friendly. He did not know the store’s in stock merchandise well.

There were not enough associates and it took more than 20 minutes for one to even make eye contact with us. They eventually put our name on a list. Need to improve how you greet and welcome customers and make it clear the process by which to get help

The was a sign up for assistance. No one told the customers this upon entering the store. I was waiting for 15 minutes before they offered to add me to the list. I am a 40 yo woman. My household income is over 6 figures. When the sales woman did wait on me I found her very rude. She didn’t listen to me when I told her what I wanted. And when I asked about earrings in another case she smuggliy said, “those aren’t on sale!” I told her “I didn’t ask if they were I asked to look at them!” I didn’t come into the store for a sale. I was on vacation and shopping. My husband was with me, if they hadn’t had several charms I wanted he would have left. She was very rude and I felt like treated me as if she felt I didn’t have money to shop in the store. I was extremely upset with the service.
