The 2 employees there spent their time talking to each other, while 1 was helping me. I felt like I had to wait for a pause in their conversation before I could ask questions. I found it distracting and annoying. I was tired and not feeling well, which made it harder to deal with. First bad experience at Pandora. I feel dissatisfied with my purchase and am thinking of returning it.

I went in looking for a yellow gold band ring. Was shown a couple but my size was not available. The associate gave me a rose gold ring that was nice but failed to tell me that it was a final sale. And I was unable to return it. I went to my local Pandora to get the band ring I wanted and was told I couldn’t return the ring since it was a clearance item and a final sale. I should have been told that by the associate.

I made a purchase over $200 one day. Then the next day I went back to make another purchase only to find out that they now had a 20 percent discount on sale items. I then purchased over $200 and asked about a refund on the purchase I made the day before. They refused the request. I then suggested that I return the first purchase and repurchase using the discount. They would not honor my request. I have 3 bracelets that I’m adding charms to and I live locally. I go into that same store at least 3 times a month and usually purchase $200 TO $300 worth of product. I am very disappointed that would not honor my request.

The sales associate was not very helpful and rushed us through the purchase. She did not seem interested in helping us. Two out of the 4 charms we were looking for were not available and the sales associate did not tell us if they would be available in the near future or provide alternative charm(s). I was interested in purchasing more jewelry but was put off by the sales associates curt manner and lack of interest.

One of the sales lady claimed she could not use my Tanger Pink savings card because the items I bought were already marked down to the lowest price. I know with 100% certainty she was not being truthful. The items I bought were regular price.

I come to Rehoboth outlet often and have never been disrespected by sales associates. The store manager was extremely rude. Not sure if she was having a bad day but that wasn't acceptable.

I made a $200+ purchase on merchandise as I always spend big in Pandora however. I was not sold the product I thought I was purchasing which is now non refundable. Due to lack of product knowledge. This could have been avoided.

Requested jewelry be cleaned through free service and the item was returned just as dirty as it was when I gave it to him. Additionally, I’m accustomed to jewelry being cleaned while I’m being serviced for additional purchases. I felt rushed to make selections and asst. manager was inpatient. Not likely I will shop at this location and no outlet prices so why would I.
