Sales person was very rude and snobby. Seemed very disinterested in assisting me.

2 saleswomen in the store - they were not helpful and felt they watched us like a hawk even though the rings we were looking at were locked down in the display case. Did not feel welcomed there at all. We did buy one ring for my daughter and yet now 24 hours later your whole store is on sale - they certainly could have mentioned that to us. My daughter bought a ring at the king of Prussia Pennsylvania store a couple weeks ago and had s great experience. I will never return to this particular pandora.

Employee was not very helpful, friendly or welcoming. Did not encourage looking at merchandise nor seemed interest in helping me or answering questions.

I don’t live near this store. The first associate couldn’t locate what I wanted and had to get assistance

I purchased a bracelet and a ring. I expected the cost to be $125.00. The sale rang up to $198.00. I reviewed the receipt and there was a 3rd item, a Marvel Doctor charm, ring up. We returned to the store, and a credit was given. My concern is that we never looked at charms and it feels like the item was charged as a way to inflate the sale. We caught the error and the credit was given. The employee, Damien, said he didn’t know what happened and apologized. A sales audit should be done to see how many items are credited at this store. I hope it was a mistake but I feel like I was scammed. D Webb 410-409-0699

I went to get the free jewelry box offered but this store did not offer the advertised jewelry box, which I wasn’t told prior to the sale
