I know we’re still dealing with COVID19, and this store is part of the outlets. There was a line outside the door, not so much because there were soo many that wanted to purchase merchandise, it was because they had a lack of staff. We were rushed to purchase the items we had picked out, without thought to the idea that we may have wanted to purchase other merchandise.

There were at 4 sales staff on the floor. My sales person was engaged with me HOWEVER, every time the other salesperson’s customer uttered a question my salesperson felt compelled to drop everything with me and shift her attention to the other salesperson’s customer. I asked my salesperson to stay focused on ME!!!

The wait time was horrible. There was not enough staff scheduled to cover purchases for upcoming Mother's day. Other than the wait time, my visit was OK.

The manager at this location was VERY unprofessional and unpleasant. The staff was un knowledgeable on the pieces and a poor job managing social distancing. Their current procedure was just chaotic. Splitting up my family leaving my spouse and 8 year old outside in the cold. While not watching the door and allowing another family of three to just walk in right after.

Went to buy 2 pendants, and a bracelet, once I got home I realized they gave me two of the same pendant. When I returned to the stor the other pendant that I had ordered was sold out .

Didn’t feel welcome at all with only 2 or 3 other customers in the store. Asked sales associate if today was a bad day to be here. She had to run back and forth with the keys

I don’t think I was not given option on picking my items.

Sales associate was not extremely friendly and warm and made me feel rushed. Purchased Simple Sparkling Ring Band and my finger has turned green. Will be returning at my local store hopefully.

Associates not knowledgeable about products. Pricing not clearly marked. Sale items were unknown by sales associates. Did not want to buy from original sales associate, bought from another associate.

The sales associate, although knowledgeable, seemed to be really rushing me. She was in a big hurry to ring up my items. I probably would have bought more pieces had this not been the case.
