The sales person was knowledge and pleasant. New her job.

The salesperson didn't seem like she wanted to help me at all and someone another associate asked her to help me becausr she was busy but I wouldn't go there again

I wasn't highly satisfied because I didn't like enoght the personal and stuff . And because I didn' t recive any box or bag for what I bought , just the reciv and I had to take on hand .

Labor day Holiday was very busy in the store and waited 45 min before i had a sales person to help me. However once waited on the service was outstanding. the wait list on the ipad does work. Checking out seems slow, but i guess there is no way around it with so many charms to swipe in. Having to individually discount each charm takes a lot of extra time by the sales person. Maybe there is a more efficient way to do discounts at checkout.

I have been coming to Pandora in Rehoboth for years to do holiday shopping, the past couple of years there has not been any big deals. I looked forward to the deals. I feel like I can shop at home.

She did greet us upon arrival. I then asked for a specific charm and I received a no . I had to ask her where they were located in the store. I asked her if she could clean my bracelet I was wearing and she appeared annoyed. 3 girls were working and we had to wait on 1.

the sale associate did not clean my bracelets. My friends were there the night before and their associate cleaned her bracelets. We were told it was not working. We stood there several minutes before the one associate stood there not with a customer. She was not very friendly. i go to the store once a year and I always buy something, as i did this time. I have 4 bracelets. I was not very happy with the service this year

The number of people working is not enough for the number of clients. We stayed standing for a long time because the 2 attendants were with other clients. The bracelet sizes are very limited. Only 2-3 sizes are available, specifically 16,21 or 23.

I feel like when I walk into the store they look at me like I’m not going to buy anything or have money. Or maybe it’s because I come in there with my kids.

My credit card did not have enough money on it they would not take a check and they said their was no way to avoid the transaction they made me go to my bank to get more .money I wanted to leave and purchase everything a a later date but they told me I had to complete this purchase 302- 258- 8282
