Pandora Jewelry

Pandora had a signed posted on the counter that if you spend up to $100 you would receive a free, discontinued charm or ring for a value of up to $60. Our total purchase was $235 ( a pair of earrings and one charm). It was misleading as we thought for every $100 we spend we would receive a charm. The sales assistant told us it was per purchase. The sign should have been clearer for the customers. Thank you.

Very hard to get around

I came to shop sales associate was very nice but I'm not a person that rates my experiences as high

There was only one customer in the store but two employees, it took the second employee a couple of minutes to acknowledge us, not my usual experience at Pandora. I was looking at a piece of jewelry and the sales person could not tell me the price, when she looked for the price she couldn't decide if the price was right. A salesperson usually gives me suggestions as to mixing of jewelry pieces, this time I didn't receive any help.

There wasn't enough merchandise for the price that I was inquiring about.

I did not know the outlet store carries last year's merchandise.

I am mostly Highly Satisfied but I purchased some clearance items and because of the way the lady had to complete the sale, it took a long time to complete. I think there should be a better way for a sale to be completed.

While the staff was outstanding, I was disappointed in the availability of something "very special" for my niece's 16th birthday!

As with what seems to be all Pandora stores, the charms are stacked in cases. You cannot browse thru all the options. Altho, I was actually looking for a charm to add to my bracelet, I settled for something else because I could actually see it. Also, there were about 5 sales associates and one woman started asking questions of customers before they were even in the door. Several people just turned around and left. Not sure why it was such an aggressive approach.
