The sales associates are very friendly. The store is very clean and elegant. I love the jewelry it has amazing quality and reasonable prices

At this particular location being that I went to an outlet and it was advertised as a big sale on retiring rings. I couldn’t find any of my liking, or at a price that I thought was worth it. Most of my rings are from Swarovski so when I compare prices I see the value when I buy my rings at Swarovski for full price. I ended up buying a pair of Mickey Mouse earrings to go with my Mickey Mouse ring that I have from your collection. That ring was very well crafted and shines just perfect.

There was nothing wrong with my services at rehoboth Pandora store. They are always friendly when I come in there and I always leave satisfied.

The sale lady was very knowledgeable on the names and details of the design of the beads.

Sales associate unable to locate items interested in. Store was busy and it was not practical for her to seek assistance. Still interested in items. Plan on returning after holidays but disappointed my visit unsuccessful.

There is always a wait at this jewerly store - holiday time you hire extra people. We love Pandora but not during the holidays Thank You, joe

Although there was nothing in my ring size, I purchased 2 rings that I love

The sales representative acted as if I could not afford things. I asked to see a specific charm 2 times and both times she said that one wasn't on sale. I wasn't asking if it was on sale or not. I wanted to see that one charm and it bothered me that I had to ask for it 3 times to get it.
