It’s the beginning of summer season and this location is in a busy outlet complex - still they were understaffed (and it wasn’t ridiculously busy, just not enough people scheduled.)

The sales associates lack of acknowledgement upon entering the store.

Didnt have product and size of items I was looking for

The store is bright, light and clean. The showcases are displayed nicely. The staff is helpful.

Love the variety of themes and collections purchased for daughters wife and mother in law purchased trinkets as well as bracelets

Upon entering the store, I noticed both associates were assisting customers. One associate got done with her customer but did not seem too enthusiastic to assist me or the other customers who came in after me. She eventually offered assistance. I asked for the charms specific to DE. She seemed confused as if she either did not understand what I said, although I spoke clearly and slowly. When she finally understood, the first thing she did was to point out that they weren't on sale and they usually cost about $60. I was utterly unimpressed that she felt the need to stress the price of the item to me.

I was satisfied, I’m sure there are thing that could use tweaking

I was completely satisfied with this visit but previous visit with my friend we were completely looked over until we decided to leave. Then we were told we would be would be waited on soon. I waited a reasonable time and at least wanted to be be recognized as being in the store. Only two other customers at time.

The items I was looking for are not available. Retired items should still be available to purchase. I like your new jewelry, but I would love to be able to purchase retired items.

The merchandise is very affordable and the selection is great.
