Store had only 2 employees so we had to wait at least 20 minutes For a store at the outlets probably should have another 1 or 2 employees

The Pandora associates were very pleasant and helpfu. However the assoc. serving me lacked creativity. Two creative people together is a poor combination. Recommend more training to associates in creative design and not just focused on selling merchandise.

A few of the sales associates ignored me. The associate that helped me looked in the wrong places for both my charms. And she assumed I didnt want 1 of the charms, because it was full price, when I never asked the cost, just said I wanted that charm

Nothing super special there stores are mainly all the same. At times salespersons feel like they want to rush you through. Sometimes the pieces are a bit tarnished.

The store was small, but OK for an outlet I guess. There seemed to be enough sales reps but I found it hard to get help, I had to actually ask a sales rep to help us(she was idle).

Sales person did not appear to understand the type of item I was looking for. Also the last time I shopped my purchase was beautifully packed. At this visit I was offered a bag that was too large for my purchase and not packaged at all.

The first visit was wonderful and the girl was well informed and if she wasn't she asked for assistance. It was the second visit that I was dissatisfied with the sales woman. I came in specifically for a clip to hold my charms on my bracelet. She 1st told me about the safety clasp and I understood her and her explanation. My problem came in was that she repeated and repeated and I told her I understood. That I was going to spread the charms btw 2 bracelets. Its like she never heard me. I firmly said I hear you but I still just want the clip. She finally rung me up and I left very irritated and mad. Which I always leave happy even after spending lots of money. This was in the Rehoboth outlets on Friday morning the 13th.

It was a smaller store so a few of the items we wanted were sold out. Also, all the sale associates were not friendly, however the one we had was fine.

Don’t have anklets. I asked if there was a bracelet small enough for my two year old to use as an anklet and was told no. I then found one I thought could work and it did. The associate was very kind. She thought it was a great idea and felt bad she hadn’t been able to think of it to help.

store crowded. sales associates struggled with getting around. sales associate could have known product options better.
