The outlet store had great bargains.

I only use that rating if the visit was above and beyond my expectations.

The experience was great. However I had a fantastic experience at the kings plaza store in New York recently and nothing measures to that. Ms. Dorothea at Rehoboth was very pleasant and helpful.

I was looking for a charm that I had seen 2 weeks ago and there were 5 left at that time. I asked the lady to double check to see if they were under one of the facing charms and she only looked under one

Just felt like I was blown off a little by the employees working there because they only came after I was asked a second time if I needed help but then that employee just passed us along to someone else instead of just helping us when she was standing right there. They didn’t seem to have pleasant attitudes till the end.

The salesperson was helpful but spends a little too much time socializing. Waited a few extra minutes because she was talking to customer before me for quite sometime after sale was complete.

The new charm I wanted they didn’t have and will not have until next year I was told because it is an outlet. There was not enough sales people and the wait was too long. The sales person did not tell me about the charms that were being discontinued for 20.00. I found this out on my second visit to the store.

I thought there would be a bigger selection & I wanted to make a card payment in store.

The necklace I asked to see what bent in a certain area. The representative said it may work itself out and I was not pleased with that. She did not offer a discount just that I would have to order it online.

This store is in Delaware, which we visited while on vacation. I live in Pennsylvania so returning to this particular location isn't likely to happen any time soon.
