I wanted to purchase a necklace but it was tangled and the last one

Clean and organized! Sales asst were friendly! Great sale

There should be seating available. We had a long wait due to insufficient staffing. No place to sit for handicapped people. Or others. Store is warm with all lights, should provide comfort to customer as they wait. Also did not receive box or bag just because we wore merchandise out is store. Would like someplace to store my expensive piece of jewelry I just purchased!

There was one associate working that was very loud and annoying needs to turn volume down taller white woman other associates were very nice and calm if I had to deal with her I wouldn’t of stayed in store

I thought it was just me, but when we left my boyfriend agreed, the sales associate was hateful. It was crowded with Christmas shoppers and they were busy, but she acted as tho I was bothering her with asking to see various beads that were on clearance. Maybe she was just tired, because the store was crowded and busy, but she was not very pleasant at all. I wanted too see some other full price beads, after leaving the clearance case, but she did an eye roll when I asked, so I told her never mind, I would just purchase the clearance beads. They were having a 25% off sale on full price and I was wondering if there were any I would like better. She told me that I would not find any better deals in the store and acted like she did not want to show me the other ones. Who knows? I may have bought more! I am going to shop in the Dover, de store today, where they are always happy to assist me.

in the last month i was in the store 4 times ..and one time nobody ask me if i need help and finaly when someone help me she was not really helpful..

I was Highly Satisfied. Everyone is very helpful. And I always get what I want.
