Pandora Jewelry

There were a limited number of beach themed charms in a beach area. I was purchasing several for a birthday present but the selection was limited.

Wasn't greeted when I walked in store. The sales women who finally helped me with my purchase seemed very belittling and was rushing me and totally disregarded wrapping my packages correctly. I go to Pandora a lot and as my 1st time being at this particular one, I was not pleased with the customer service I received.

Clerk was nice. Price was good. Selection was good

The lady was too chatty. Talking made her not be able to wrap and bag our purchases

I went to the outlet store and was disappoint in both the selection of discontinued pieces (not that many) and the prices on them (high!).

I enjoyed my experience. I was satisfied to highly satisfied.

The sales associates were not accessible, and I had to go up and ask them for help. They never offered to help me and I felt as though I was disturbing their time.

Needed help to find what I was looking for. The bead should have been weighted so it would hang straight, esp. for $50. Staff member knowledgeable, but would have liked a little less attention so I could "window shop". Lap top system not very reliable. Over the last 2 visits same problem of not working right; time consuming.

The associate had difficult locating pricing and seemed annoyed. The sale was not that spectacular compared to other promotions in past.
