Customers should not be kept outside!

I just had to exchange one item because one of the stones was black.

I was satisfied. Sales staff very nice, store was clean but did feel some things were overpriced for what they were.

When I entered the store, there were 3 salespeople and none of them greeted me until I approached one and asked for assistance. Also, for an outlet’s they didn’t have a wide selection and the prices were just as much as the regular Pandora store.

I felt rushed. Prices seemed higher. My associate didn’t seem very interested in helping me. One item I wanted to buy was dirty or scratched. I asked for a different one but she just wiped down the same one and sold it to me. The items were all gifts and the packaging keeps popping open- bottom doesn’t close and stickers aren’t sticky. You used to use boxes, this cardboard doesn’t stay closed.

I don't think this store has all the Pandora merchandise that I see advertised. I think the inventory was a bit low. I think that the sales person, who has very nice, could have demonstrated the charms a bit better on a bracelet

Estaba buscando la colección de Harry Potter y no sabía de que les hablaba. Cuando les enseñe entonces dijeron debía ser online. Además la colección de Disney estaba bien limitada.

Did not get additional discounts.
