Items were not available as advertised. First bracelet attempted to purchase was broken. Item price not clearly labeled, associate too 22 minutes to find price and was listed on item but not confirmed as actual price.

Dud to COVID-19 restrictions, only few people were allowed in the store. However, the store is very small so we had to wait in line outside the store for a long period of time. Also, I wish there were more variety of charms to choose from.

I was in the store. My husband was not and the man (my guess the manager)would not allow him in the store because he wasn’t actually stand in the line he was next to it. And when the associate try to tell him he brushed her off. He was pretty rude. I heard the conversation. So I left the store and went to the end of the line and stood outside again for our turn. The associate did not vegetables the sale because another associate came to me. Once again the original associate working with me tried to tell the man in charge. He brushed her off again. Rude! I did purchase a slide bracelet because of the product NOT the man/manager.

Clerk seemed uninterested in helping.

Excellent customer service

My service was excellent the sales staff was very friendly and helpful. I just am visiting from out of town so that is why I am not likely to refer people to this store or return to this store. However, I would go to a different location in the future. They had a great deal!

The sales associates were friendly and knowledgeable, but the store seemed short staffed. It took forever to complete the sale and pay for merchandise. Meanwhile, there was a Long line outside the store.

I found the ring I wanted plus another one. Might go back to get more the following day because they have such a good deal.

I enjoyed my experience in the Pandora store, however waiting on line and seeing others waiting to get in the store made me and the salesperson feel rushed. These are trying times and everyone is just feeling anxious to be out of our homes.
