When I walked into the store I wasn’t greeted, also when after looking around the store I was finally helped, but the girl who helped me was fantastic, she had great product knowledge, she was kind and helpful

Did not have the charm I was looking for

Did not have the mother's product advertised on TV. Advertisment "Free bracelet with a purchase." The store ran out & were not able or to order more bracelets products from the factory. I feel that when advertising, it should be numerous availible in the store or staff member should be able to order more from the factory until the experation date of the advertisement. As a customer I was disappointed.

When I finish paying for my items I had to ask the young lady to put my items in a bag

I was interested in comparing some of the murano (sp?) type charm beads. I notice many different color variations in them even in the same type of bead when I am picking them out. I noted that the display bead was the one that had just the right colors that I wanted and asked if I could buy that one and replace it with one of the ones below. I was told by the associate that I could not buy that one until all the beads were essentially sold out. This kind of miffed me as I didn't want any of the others and thought it would be easy to simply tie another bead on in it's place. This is the first time I had been told this at any Pandora store and in the end the store lost my sale for this bead even though I was definitely ready to buy.

Merchandise was in the wrong price slots. So when purchasing I question the amount the sells associate says it was misplaced in the wrong place. It was a difference of $50 very upsetting. So I had to look for something else that was in my price range. The associate could have offered at least 10% off

Because I was just satisfied

Waiting to be helped is a huge problem there. A particular sales associate was rather snooty. My sales person who eventually helped was friendly.

Because of the pandemic only 5 customers at a time could enter . Only 2 sales associates were working so the wait was unusually long. I was willing to wait but not everyone was.

Signage indicated 5 people allowed to enter. There were 7 when I went in and people were standing right next to us. No room to separate and sales staff did not act on it.
