The sales person was very very helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different styles. Was Very friendly and made my shopping experience great. I heard about Pandora finely decided to look into purchasing a bracelet and charms and Richard made it all easy. I was sold!

Bryan listened to what I was asking about and then started offering me suggestions about other charms that I might be interested based on those requests. His suggestions resulted in an "upsell" of close to $500. I appreciated all of his knowledge of what would work, and what inventory was available in store.

Bryan was very knowledgeable and was able to up sell me by explaining a promotion I had no knowledge of. One thing I would like to see in some stores is a charm specific to that area. My husband and I do a lot of traveling and I try to get a charm at each place we visit. We were recently in Cape Cod and I was looking to get a light house or shark or seal to remind me specifically of our trip to the Cape. Bryan showed me the sailing ship, and the fish which I already had from our visit to The Keys earlier this year. When we were in Europe, it would have been so fun to get a bar of soap or a bath tub.
