My shopping experience was normal. There was nothing over the top that would warrant a highly satisfied experience.

I enjoyed working with Devin he knew just what to show me and got everything I wanted for me right away. He was also very friendly.

Be able to see more selections that are hidden below the counter without asking. This would aid in additional sales if options were visible.

I was highly satisfied because everyone in the store was quite friendly and the products were a good price. When i mentioned that i like Harry Potter and and the employees nerded our before the showed me a new HP collection coming out on Black Friday!

No issues with service or merchandise, it was my first visit to Pandora so I need a few more experiences with Pandora merchandise, service etc before making a complete judgment either way

Relatively speaking the store is small. There is a lot of glass everywhere (understandably) but is not conducive to setting my stuff down and browsing (can’t set it on floor because small store). To earn a highly satisfied mark I would have to be offered a cool beverage on arrival.

Limited sale items.

My 2 years old drop of water and a little bit got on the floor and no one ask to help us I personally ask for a paper towels and clean it up myself.
